Service Limitations:
Some devices may be beyond repair due to age, damage extent, or parts availability. We will provide honest assessments and alternative solutions.
You Must:
- Provide accurate information about your device and issues
- Back up your data before repair (we're not responsible for data loss)
- Remove personal information and disable security features
- Pay for services according to agreed terms
- Collect your device within 30 days of completion
- Treat our staff and premises with respect
You Must Not:
- Bring stolen or illegally obtained devices
- Provide false information about device ownership
- Interfere with our business operations
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems
Data Backup Requirement:
You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend backing up all important data before any repair service.
Pricing Policy:
- All prices include Belgian VAT (21%)
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Final prices may vary if additional issues are discovered
- Emergency service carries a surcharge
- Free diagnostic service (no repair obligation)

Warranty Exclusions:

Warranty Claims:
